Bakken, the Norwegian double-threshold method (interview and writing)

Detailed interview with Marius Bakken on the origins of the “Norwegian” double-threshold method: two lactate-controlled threshold sessions in a day, governed by frequent blood-lactate testing, with a green/yellow/red readiness system and a “muscle tone” concept managed through light explosive work. Developed largely through his own n-of-1 experimentation (around 3,000 lactate tests on himself) and later adopted by the Ingebrigtsen brothers and others. Limited (practitioner and self-experiment origin).
