Multi-phase sports-bra prescription intervention with 142 elite UK female athletes preparing for the Tokyo Games. Pre-intervention breast and bra knowledge was low (83% at or below average) and most athletes wore ill-fitting, unsupportive bras, so fit, not bra ownership, is the dominant problem. Moderate (single intervention study).
