Spinal manipulation for cervicogenic headache 2020 (systematic review and meta-analysis)
European Journal of Pain systematic review and meta-analysis of spinal manipulation for cervicogenic headache (headache arising from the neck). Manual therapies including spinal manipulation reduced headache intensity, frequency and disability, on low-to-moderate-quality evidence with mixed results across trials: several found manipulation better than comparison care, others found no difference from placebo or other manual treatment. Supports a modest, condition-specific benefit for neck-related headache, in the same small-effect band as the low-back-pain evidence.
